- Basic HR is delivered with disciplinary records, training records and employee skills records functionality
- Standard legislative, payroll and HR reports are available for your use.
- Do not ever do a backup again as our software is online and we take care of your data security in the cloud and ensure a disaster recovery process
- All legislative and system enhancements are done over weekends so no downtime for this reason during the week
- As our system is online, you can access our URL from any device with an internet connection, wherever you are

HOW TO PROCEED:
- This is a 5-step process. Click 'Start the Process' to be directed to our contact page where you can submit a request for a written quotation, inclusive of the full offering. Give your company name, number of employees, number of registered CIPC entities and current payroll provider.
- PayHCM will send you an emailed quote for review and acceptance
- On acceptance of our offer we will send you a PayHCM company registration link
- You then book a call so we can call and assist you with your company enrollment via the link
- Once the company is enrolled, you can proceed to load your employees. Call us for assistance and guidance. Payslips generate as employees are loaded, so your first set of payslips are ready by the end of this process.
